Lisa Van Ackeren, President and CEO for Personalized Prevention, has been in the insurance industry since 1995. She began her insurance career by developing proactive loss prevention and loss control programs that reduced risk of workplace injury and illness. She developed and coordinated health and safety training programs for employees, supervisors and managers. Van Ackeren was responsible for providing resources and technical assistance to enable employers to comply with applicable state and federal health and safety regulations. Van Ackeren assisted in identifying the risk factors that contribute to losses and the strategies and resources needed to eliminate or control these risk factors. Van Ackeren has experience in health care delivery as well as the Chief Financial Officer of a chain of injury and rehabilitation clinics in North Texas. |
