Deanna Scott is the Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Operations for The SCOOTER Store.  The SCOOTER Store is America's leading supplier of scooters and power chairs for people with limited mobility.  Founded in 1991 and headquartered in New Braunfels, Texas, The SCOOTER Store has locations and a network of service specialists across America. In 2004 and 2009, The SCOOTER Store was recognized by Fortune Magazine as one of the top 100 Best Places to Work.

Deanna and the leadership team have shifted their focus to illness prevention and branded their wellness initiatives as  “Live, Work Be Well”. This proactive approach has motivated employees to invest energy and be accountable for their own health and wellbeing.   The use of good business strategies and partnering with ancillary healthcare service providers to leverage HPM technology has lowered the cost of health care for The SCOOTER Store and provided better outcomes for their employees and families.    Deanna has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Operations Management with Bausch and Lomb, Johnson Controls and Dell Computer Corporation.  She graduated with an undergraduate degree from Bowling Green State University and an  MBA from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, Texas.
